Start Driving for Hope
The Cody Dieruf Foundation serves those living with Cystic Fibrosis throughout the state of Montana. We support a unique, wonderful group of people from adult runners to young dancers. Yet, aside from Cystic Fibrosis, what they all have in common is that they’re proud Montanans.
We wanted to celebrate the families we serve, as well as our state-wide program coverage, with the Drive for Hope specialty plate.
One of our most important programs for those living with Cystic Fibrosis is travel reimbursement, where we cover costs associated with visiting a cystic fibrosis clinic. Many families have to travel great distances across the state to visit the doctor, so we’re proud to be able to reduce that burden.
When your car sports CDF’s Drive for Hope plate, a family with Cystic Fibrosis is riding alongside you.
Take the time to visit your local Motor Vehicle Division office, and help a family living with Cystic Fibrosis. You’ll look great doing it.

How to register a specialty license plate
Getting your own Cody Dieruf Foundation 406 license plate is as easy as visiting your local Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) office and requesting it!
The plate only costs an additional $20 a year when you renew.
The best part? The whole $20 is sent to the Cody Dieruf Foundation to support Montanans throughout the state living with Cystic Fibrosis.
