As we work to expand our programs across Montana we want to make sure that our families, both current and future, have the tools they need to succeed.
If you’re a resident of Montana and live with or represent someone living with cystic fibrosis, please complete our survey using the button below if you haven’t already.
It only takes a few minutes, but in just that small amount of time you’ll be making a big difference.
As I type this email, 22% of Montana’s cystic fibrosis population has taken our survey. With your help, we know that we can do better.

Taking this survey helps us understand what kinds of challenges all of our families are facing and how great the challenges are. With that information, we can create or update our programing to better meet those needs.

With the results of this survey, we’ll know where unserved families are as well as how we’ve successfully connected with our current families. Together, this information will help us reach and serve all of Montana’s cystic fibrosis community.
