The 2026 Cody Dieruf Foundation’s “We Walk Together” retreat for mothers of children and adults living with Cystic Fibrosis will be held at The B Bar Ranch in Emigrant, Montana. The retreat will begin Thursday, October 1st at 4:00pm and end with breakfast on Sunday morning, October 4th.
The B Bar Ranch, located in the Tom Miner Basin adjacent to Yellowstone National Park, offers us an uncommon opportunity for rest, relaxation and privacy in an extraordinary setting. Wildlife abound. The food is thoughtfully prepared for all food needs. Single room lodging is available in the cabins and the lodge.
The retreat offers an opportunity for mothers to find support and community through their shared experience of parenting a child with CF.
Michele McKinnie Psy.D., and Suzanne Edison M.A, M.F.A, will facilitate sessions on grief, resilience, coping skills, gratitude, and joy. There will be time for hiking, yoga, enjoying the hot tub, and experiencing a frequency sound bath.
