Our programs are available to all those living with cystic fibrosis in Montana. You can learn more about each program by selecting 'Apply' below.
At this time, you are not expected to prove financial need before utilizing our programs. The only requirements are that you live in Montana and that you have cystic fibrosis.
REC & FIT Scholarship
Regular exercise has always been known to offer a lot of health benefits, but physical fitness is even more important for those living with cystic fibrosis.
The REC & FIT Scholarship promotes enjoyable fitness activities by removing cost as a barrier. The scholarship helps pay for classes, memberships, sports registrations, personal fitness equipment, and more.
Medical Assistance
Even with the best health insurance, cystic fibrosis introduces costs that just aren’t be covered.
The Medical Assistance program eases the financial burden of cystic fibrosis by helping with costs that insurance doesn’t cover like co-pays, deductibles, prescriptions, and more. The program also helps cover the cost of travel to a CF clinic.
Mothers’ Retreat
The Cody Dieruf Foundation offers a fully funded weekend retreat for Montana mothers of children with cystic fibrosis. CF impacts the whole family, with appointments, travel, and treatments shaping daily life. This getaway provides rest, connection, and peer support, helping mothers return home renewed with fresh insight for the ongoing demands of CF. Travel to the retreat is the only cost not covered.
